Equipment safety through strict maintenance concept

The maltech rental fleet includes the best technical work platforms and forklifts available on the market. Ongoing investment keeps the equipment pool at the state of the art.

Prior to each order, each machine is subjected to a maintenance check by trained personnel. During this maintenance all safety devices are checked and the unit is checked for full functionality.

Annual inspection

An annual safety inspection of each work platform by a state-sworn expert is a matter of course for us. During this test, each machine is checked for its functionality and operational safety.

Fall protection set

When working at height, safety is the top priority. To ensure your and your employees' safety, you can obtain the high-quality ErgoStop-2 fall protection from us. This model is very safe and due to its light weight, freedom of movement is not restricted in any way.

Transport

20 special vehicles with loading ramps guarantee optimal logistics and ensure that orders are completed on time. With loading capacities of 28 tonnes, the simultaneous delivery of several required machines can also be guaranteed.

From the Großglockner Mountain to the long Lacke Lake, from Vorarlberg to Burgenland. We support you with our platforms and forklifts to solve your access problem.

Important: When handing over the equipment, our driver will instruct you in the operation, functions and safety features of the equipment. Correct operation of the equipment saves you nerves, time and money.

Customer service

Through the systematic maintenance concept, maltech ensures that the work platforms are used as smoothly as possible. Nevertheless, isolated defects cannot be excluded in practical use.

Often the maltech service employee can already clarify the problem over the telephone. If a remote solution is not possible, our experienced customer service representative will come to you with one of our thirteen fully equipped service vehicles and fix the problem with the machine.

Good to know: the maltech team can be reached 24 hours a day by prior arrangement in the event of problems and faults.

Training

In cooperation with the Kögl Academy we offer operator and instructor training courses for the safe and efficient use of work platforms based on the IPAF guidelines.

What is IPAF?

The International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) promotes the safe and effective use of powered access equipment worldwide. Founded in 1983, IPAF is a not-for-profit membership organisation representing the interests of manufacturers, rental companies and users. IPAF has played a key role in promoting many of the manufacturing, safety and testing practices that have become standard in the powered access industry.

Operator and instructor training for aerial work platforms

The training is carried out by certified IPAF trainers from the Kögl Academy using Vera Birkenbihl learning methods, both in theory and in practice on maltech work platforms. Students who have successfully completed IPAF training receive the PAL Card (Powered Access Licence), which is valid for five years.
