Maintenance & Servicing

You should perform the following tasks on your working platform at least once a year to ensure safe and continuous service and prevent faults.

  • check safety equipment and limit switches
  • check all driving and movement functions and adjust if required
  • check hydraulic system for sealing and hose damage
  • check batteries and clean battery connectors
  • check bearings and joints
  • check steering and brakes
  • completely grease the equipment
  • change oil filter and hydraulic oil
  • clean electric motor and renew brushes if required
  • service diesel motors
  • check and clean charger
